This is Our Refund Policy

We are 100% customer-centric. As you can see from our facilities, they do not look like most laundromats you have visited. We use state-of-the-art equipment, have facilities that are cleaned regularly, and provide as many amenities as possible. We focus on having a superior laundromat experience for our customers.

However, we do not refund or pay for lost or destroyed laundry under any circumstances. Using any laundry equipment at any laundromat means you assume the risk of putting that item into a laundromat washer or dryer. Additionally, we cannot control when an individual does not wash laundry according to proper use of the equipment.

Here are the most common causes of destroyed laundry:

  • Over-stuffing machines

  • Leaving something stuck in a washing machine door

  • Putting the wrong item in the wrong machine

  • Using an incorrect washing cylce

  • Not adhering to the laundry specifications for that item

  • Overheating the laundry

  • Accidentally bleaching materials

  • Leaving items unattended

In rare instances, we will credit you so you can rewash your items. The only way we do this is via credit on the Speed Queen or Huebsch app, whichever is used at the facility you visited.

Under no circumstances do we issue cash refunds. We only issue credits via the app for the equipment (Speed Queen or Huebsch).
