This is Our Refund Policy

We are a customer-first operation. As you can see from our facilities, this is not the typical laundromat experience. We invest in state-of-the-art equipment, maintain clean and well-kept locations, and offer amenities designed to make your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. Our focus is simple: deliver a consistently superior laundromat experience.

Bluestone Laundromat does not provide refunds or compensation for lost, damaged, or destroyed items under any circumstances. By using any laundry equipment, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with laundering items in a self-service environment.

Bluestone Laundromat is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of equipment, including but not limited to incorrect washing or drying practices by customers.

Here are the most common causes of destroyed or lost laundry:

  • Over-stuffing machines

  • Leaving something stuck in a washing machine door

  • Putting the wrong item in the wrong machine

  • Using an incorrect wash or dry cycle

  • Not adhering to the laundry specifications for that item

  • Overheating the laundry

  • Accidentally bleaching materials

  • Leaving items unattended

Customers are provided a fifteen (15) minute grace period after a machine cycle has completed to remove their items. After this period, Bluestone Laundromat reserves the right to have items removed from machines by staff or other customers to allow continued use of equipment.

Bluestone Laundromat Group assumes no responsibility or liability for items that are left unattended, including but not limited to loss, damage, or handling by other individuals. By leaving laundry unattended beyond the posted grace period, customers acknowledge and accept that their items may be handled or moved by others at their own risk.

In limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, Bluestone Laundromat may issue a courtesy credit to allow customers to rewash items. Under no circumstances do we issue cash refunds. Any such credit will be provided exclusively through the Speed Queen or Huebsch mobile application associated with the location visited. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used within the applicable mobile application.
